Customizable Items:
- All items that are 100% customizable (including but not limited to personalized fabrics, designs, and engravings) are nonrefundable.
- If a customizable item needs to be remade due to customer dissatisfaction with fabric choices or other minor preferences, the customer will be required to purchase a replacement at full price.
- Fabric Proof: If you would like to approve the fabric selection for a customizable item, please request fabric proof before placing your order. While we strive to accommodate fabric requests, proof may not always be available, especially during peak seasons like the holidays.
Non-Customized Items:
- For items that are not customized, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for damage or wear. If the item is in its original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
